A month before and after flying.

MY blogging is too sporadic.. Good i dont have too many followers. Most of the times i think of blogging, the indefinite quest of topic will hog the mood of writing.. This blogpost is really special where i am going to open up about my first overseas visit!
                                          Well me being a corporate, getting chance of flying is not really astonishing, but that first opportunity is of great significance. I was ecstatic when i got to know that i ll be going to South Korea on a business trip for 3 months!!Yes..That moment made me feel proud,profound and ofcourse elated. Hailing from a middle class family , where FOREIGN is almost abstract , and me going to some other nation !! Totally Enraptured...
                                          To be honest, as soon as i got to know that i was going to travel to korea, apart from my close friends whose number dont cross 6-7 and parents i dint let anyone know about this. Reason? I could not believe that i am going to FOREIGN.. When visa and tickets was in my hand then i tried to wake myself saying "hey buddy, stop dreaming now and start shopping.:P". Ya first time wen u are travelling to a different country that "must do" task called shopping was on the list..  This shopping made me broke! But i must say when dad told, don worry son, "I ll give you how much ever u want!".. Thats the sweetest words any dad can say to his kid..Yes parents were delighted sorry DELIGHTED so was my sis..:)
                                         Unfortunately parents could not help me in shopping since there was a function at home.My cousin was the one who helped me in setting up my luggage..A zillion thanks to her.. So the day of flying came and the calender showed 19th November. Function at home made me and my parents busy in receiving guests and hosting took the major slice of the day.. My flight was at 3am tats 20th Nov..

                       Proud Parents ,sis,cousins and aunts accompanied me to airport to bid a farewell.. I could sense the happiness and also the feeling that they are going to miss me. Yes i am very close to parents.
A sigh of relief to parents was when they spoke to my manager Ashok(An awesome person). The conversation reminded of the way my parents used to speak with my teachers before an excursion.. After waving a gigantic bye to all my family members, i boarded flight.. I was elated for the first experience of the kind..and i FLEW.. so if u are tired reading here its the time to refresh,

                                   So that was the part of story to justify the first half of title.. "A month before".. Wen my flight wheels kissed Incheon(South Korea) airport, expectaions on foreign roads, atmosphere,people doubled,tripled, quadrapled!! Wen i was out of airport i got a WARM(:P) hug from Negative temperature.. it was -2! never knew how +2 degree would feel like.. Till i reached guest house i glued to the state of amazement...

                                   So the days started passing by, there was a huge difference in the life i was seeing in korea and i saw in MY india...Nothing conventional at all.. Pedestrians walking on footpaths, waiting for green signal to cross road, the lane discipline ppl exhibit when they are on wheels made me spellbound.. The Hard work the people of east asian countries do, have paid them! Infrastructure of the country is at summit. Many other lovely things about this tiny country will make people fall in love wid it.

                                  Nothing actually has changed when it comes to communication wid my indian counterparts(family and friends)..Really wanna thank technology! Internet and Phone have made people connect so effortlessly..I was blessed to find my office friends here in korea too.. The outings wid them have made my stay till now fun filled.. The turn off is the temperature.. Temperature is negative from couple of days, it shows no signs of amplifying to positive number :( ..
                                  In this month of mine here, i witnessed a smidgen amount of snowfall.. Anyhow christmas time there will be snowfall in plethora. Happy to see that :) The Indian restaurants here are merciless.. They charge 7000wons (350 INR) for a dosa.. I just thought i can eat 20 dosas for this price.. bloody..A bajji 50 bucks! 25 bajji i can have in india! The typical nature of converting wons(Korean currency ) to indian rupee is so conventional for any indian :P . This is the plight "A month after" .
                                  Thanks to Sushma,Rakesh,Dinesh,for playing a major role in accompanying me for the first month.. Sad these people are flying home back. :(

La Tomatina - A festival with no epilogue and prologue

Yes there is a reason fr naming my blogpost so. Well i was inspired by my fellow musician n frend Ashwin S Kumar to name it and emphasize satire on LA TOMATINA.

A bunch of rambunctious and unarmed spanish youth in 1944, for the sake of protesting threw the tomatoes which were there in nearby vegetable shop..Excited by the same, they repeated the same in successive year but getting tomatoes on their own..Henceforth a tomato bashing festival called "La Tomatina "started!!!

                                         I feel extremely sorrowful seeing people excited to attend this event in India..If u are probably wondering , why is this being celebrated in India for the first time this year is , then the answer is hindi movie ZNMD..A movie which extravagantly flaunted the Spain n Spanish culture..Ofcourse they had to recreate this festival to show the most important festival of their nation..Thats a whole different issue that even an ordinary story will be shot overseas by Bollywood chaps.


       In a Country like India, where still people are craving for food , fighting for food, how right on our part to celebrate this gibberish "Food Fight Festival"..Ppl in India are still in hunger.Spain dont even have the population of karnataka. Spain is a country whose economy is majorly relying on Tourism. The Middle class families are entering the poverty class in spain..What i really want to convey here is "India was a developing nation, is a developing nation and if we start importing events of country wer ppl are kissing poverty eventually, India will be a developing nation forever" ..

                                        If ppl in India are enticed to participate in this event , i really suggest them to recall the way they are brought up in India.This is a Sacred country where every festival has a reason and custom behind it. Even inadvertently if an eatable touches our feet, we just request God to forgive us!!! Food is also a form of God AnnaPoorneshwari.. Being in Such a country and just for having fun squashing tomatoes, throwing on fellow ppl, rolling over those squashed ones !!! Isnt this a way of disrespecting our culture??
 
                                     I really want to share what my friend Abhishek Sood had tweeted about this, "Will Spain ever celebrate Marammana jathre, Bengaluru Karaga ,Mysore Dasara?? Then y Latomatina??"      
                         
                                                                                                                                                                                                                    I am really dubious about the statement given by the organizers that non edible tomatoes will be used for the event.. In Spain, they do crop tomatoes for this event, But Wen on earth in India

farmers started growing "non edible tomatoes".. Hailing from a farming background , i ve not seen "non edible" tomato being cultivated in our fields ever!! K then will they get some rotten tomatoes thrown in the backyards of Yeshwantpura APMC yard?? Dare to go even half a kilometer close to that.It stinks like hell.. After all rotten things has to be pungent..Dont know for the sake of fun , ppl are ready to get into that!!(Sarcasm).
                           
      Coming to the fun part, As we know fun wont be available fr gratis..The ticket prices fr taking part in this event is freaking expensive!!! 900, 1100, 1900...  Its a pure marketing strategy by the organizers to cash in the success of ZNMD. The transparency of organizing this is also completely zero..
                                  I really want some awareness to be created in ppl about culture and tradition of India. Plz say NO to Wildest,Sloppiest and Perverted La Tomatina.

Inner Peace...

The best movie i ve seen till now in 2011 in theater..Yes I am talking about "kungfu panda 2".. Outstanding is the word to describe the movie.. 3d made panda sorry "the fat panda" look even more stupendous..
                                    Unlike part1 there was not much of comedy here, but trust me the action sequences was in abundance and it was so joyous to watch.. I admit that , this is the first cartoon movie in a theater but never -ever knew that, even cartoons are no lesser than rajnikanth sir in getting applause and whistles. I watched in oorvashi theater and Po was welcomed in such a terrific way which made me awestruck!!!
                                Alltogether a fresh story wid the same characters and a new villain "peacock"(Shen).. Couple of emotional scenes made us laugh simultaneously , particularly when Po dreams abt his parents, Po speakin to his goose dad.. The hidden love which is yet to emerge bw Po and tigress ;) ;) Wat not, this movie had everything in the movie.. Master sheefu
my fav character had less role to do in the movie.But a perfect re-entry in climax.. take a bow master.:) :)

                                           
                             I was really keeping the best thing for the last..Yes my dear friends its INNER PEACE.. i can affirm that this is the word which can truely define the movie.."The weapon which is not sharp , The meditation which doesnt need u to sit or stand still is called InnerPeace" is what i ve found from the movie.:) :)
                            Defly a worth watching movie.. i would rate this movie 5/5.. All the way PO..

My Status

"Yes, I ve my own status..It has certain standards too".. The agenda of the article is not to tell you people the status of my wealth nor health, instead it tells the status of social networking sites..I am sure FB, twitter would ve striked in ur minds.. Sorry orkut btw..

"Wats on ur mind??" This is the first thing someone notices in facebook homepage. Okay before even  posting something, why dont even people think?? I have seen the most rubbish status in facebook. Again I don want to comment on their personal views.. Its their will and wish and put watever they want, If its really annoying you, then u can block them, facebook will stop popping  their updates to u.Trust me there are many people whom i ve blocked in facebook.. So i don get their pointless updates.. You don have any rights to tell an individual abt his/her choices, interests.I don understand people why do this so shamelessly in fb.  

Let me confess one thing, I ve added many celebrities(right frm anchors to actors,journalists politicians).They are just fb friends..They have their "right to write" anything on their wall..If u dont like please don spoil their walls by writting some shitty comments..Its irritataing fr them as well as other frens and fb frens of their's.. There are few more people who tag these people in some "hopeless" photos .. Yuck ..Hate that.. Mind you, it flows to every friend of that person..Its all just to guzzle limelight.. Be smart, obviously people will automatically recognize you.. "Oscar Luvis" who is in frend list of Pratap Simha  is one among them who used to get noticed by everyone with his witty presence.. I want to say one thing to people "please grow up or learn hw to act grown up in public". I somehow want this  to dedicate to my FB frend Kaavya Sastry and all other FB celebrity frens.. Having few words with Kaavya made me think about all this..

People in India , for that matter, even all NRIs are well versed with the name JanLokPal.. Earlier in my post "When will corruption have correction?" , I had expressed my grief regarding corruption.. alike me, there were many who would just crib about corruption. No body stooped out to voice against corruption.. We really needed a Leader to lead us.. Defnitely we lacked a leader widin us..

                                                 
                                             ANNA HAZAARE  ..he was chieftain of the movement, which had sole intention of uprooting corruption..This old soul's fasting made such a huge impact.. His janlokpal bill was approved.. Lakhs of people who extended a support had a sigh of satisfaction.. Me, Ashwin and Puneeth contributed in our own way to this sacred mission.. We ve done songs in 4 different languages to ensure that it ll reach masses..

An Epilogue to an epic match

Yes it was "THE" cricket match b/w India and pakistan...A cricket fan irrespective of wer he is, wud love to get glued to tv for watching india- pak cricket clash.. OMG the hype the match had was reaching sky.. Famous personalities of both the nations arrived to mohali..Giant screens were set up in every street of Blore..Wow, the fever of cricket crossed the limits of a typhoid ;).. The roads were deserted.. Shopkeepers knew that it ll be a ultimate waste to open the shops..2:30 pm.. dhag dhag..Viru and sachin were with the bats and pads.. And there was Virendar sehwagh who always show his violent attack on bowlers , roared on pakistan.. He left no stone unturned to keep his nation joyful...

                                                      After his departure really the run rate was slowed down, but still v had the little master on crease..Well all of us wud ve seen the match.. Y am i giving the details?? lol.. 260 was india's total.. not really defendable total for the bowling wat v had.. Yes India had failed miserably in bowling..Thats the reason why indian fans were not really happy for the total..
                                                     It was all about Dhoni's captaincy and his smartness wud make us believe that indians are still in WC.. Yes, I was defly skeptical abt how we could defend the tiny score..Nehra was the man in talk from India- South africa match.. He was critcized badly which resulted in we scrutinizing him for each ball he bowled.. He was superb..All his experience was shown by him.take a bow nehra Zak in his usual consistency..and ya munaf gave a promising support to him.. That was Yuvi and Bajji who turned the ball and made the match turn..fielding wah, the idea of getting substitues by MS was real smart.. Raina , Kohli.. Young players played their full.. Wah finally India won!!!

                                                 
                                                   Apart from match, the most important thing wat i want 2 say is abt  the magnificent sportive behaviour on the grnd.. Ya India and pakistan match in semi finals was exemplary.. No sledging.. No abusing, No m****d, No f**k.. Smiles were floating across the field.. Afridi was just legendary in the presentation ceremony...
                                                  It was a match of my lifetime..I hope it is urs too.. Wow..

MY FIRST SONG !!!

Hmmm, wer do i start?? i am really busy with office work.. but still i needed to update my blog, bcoz the day  really means a lot to me.. My passsion towards music and litreature played a major role in my life.. Well hold on guys, i really don want to stuff ur brains with my idiotic stories.. hehe..
                                      Here is my firrst telugu song, for which music is scored by my friend Ashwin S Kumar, with whom i was a part of "Save A Girl Now" mission .. I penned the lyrics in telugu which is also a mother tongue of mine.. A week  after Lyrics was written One Sunday evening me and ashwin made the song happen.. And i am sure that you people will listen to the song and give a honest feedback.. Ur fedback matters a lot to us.. At this time, i realy wanna congratulate Ashwin S Kumar for his songs(Un mugam , Yenidu and Priyatama) reaching a milestone no of 1000  in terms of being played..

Valentines day..

Happy St.Valentines day !!! Perhaps not many of us are familiar with St.valentines day, instead we are familiar with Valentines day.I would narrate the history behind this beautiful day little later. Yes this is the day for which cute pairs would be awaiting from months together to celebrate and shower love on their soul mates. Exchanging gifts, cards would be exciting for them. Another category of people which gulps people who are on their quest for perfect partner.. Yet another group where the individual is on his/her toe to propose..I wish all of you people a great success and once again " A happy valentines day "..

                                                      As every day has its own significance, this day also has its own.. Valentine's Day started in the time of the Roman Empire.Under the rule of Emperor Claudius II Rome was involved in many bloody and unpopular campaigns. Claudius the Cruel Emperor was having a difficult time getting soldiers to join his military leagues.

                                   As a born protagonist, I ve certain other things to mention at this point of time. As we all know in India, few communists are against the celebration of the valentines day. As far as i know the sole point behind the idea of boycotting the celebrations is just its a western culture!! If they can answer my questions which  I ask, I will defnitely not celebrate valentines day !!

1. If u are against celebrating Valentines day, then why dont u stop the celebrations of new-year , fathers day, mothers day etc.[May be they would not get a better time to get sloshed fr a new-year.;)]

2. Why are you people following english calender?Can u go back into the deep roots of our culture and follow panchangam?You would defnitely go insane if u start doing that now after being brought up by following english calender!!

                                       My point of arguement is very clear, isnt this a harebrained idea to do a protest against the lovely day??These people will also do a survey of how many condoms will be sold on the day!!! Cmon guys, didnt you get any other thing to make a survey of?? Perhaps these people dint know that even greeting cards, dolls,lot of other gifts also get sold on the day..If u happen to see the number of other things sold on the eve of this day, probably you people would not release the results of such dopey results.
                                             
                                           Well guys, lets not give heed to all these people. lets go ahead with your celebs and joy.. Wishing you a happy Valentines day
