Life has its own ways to test your patience,attitude & approach towards it. No matter how hard we try to control the events of life, there are always things which doesn't pay heed to you and acts in it's own way. Now i feel like recalling "If you can do something about it, do it else then there is no point in worrying about it". I don't remember who has quoted that. But then it's so true. More the attachment on anything worldly , even more the pain or agony when we don't get it.
I ordered a router on Wednesday night paying 100 Rupees extra so that it gets delivered within a day. I did a lot of research to find this nice router and ordered it. Friday was a holiday and I wanted to go home for enjoying the long weekend. My illusion was the package would get delivered in a day i.e, on Thursday , so that i can take home and enjoy configuring the router and enjoy the high speed router. Quite Materialistic desires isn't it. Got to know that the package could not be delivered on thursday because the package had to be shipped from Maharashtra. Called up Amazon guys if i could redirect the shipment to Kolar[My hometown]. She told she could and i was happy that i could leave to home without waiting for the package to get delivered. On Friday after repeatedly calling to the customer care guys, I learnt that once the order is placed, the change of address is not possible for an intercity . The whole of friday I was so excited to receive the package. I got to know that there is no way they could deliver to Kolar . So I will have to wait till monday to get the package, which also means, i will have to come back next weekend to home to configure. It is so painful , Ego hurts. But who i do tell this ? I feel like screaming ! I feel like abusing ! I feel not OK. But But But i should be OK. Guess time to seek some stuff which will pacify my anger and frustration.
